Confused customer'? That's not an issue for Mo! The customer had a secondary account, and Mo helped the customer sort everything out and compensated as a goodwill gesture, and helped them with an account transfer as well! Great interaction because of very clear Tone Of Voice and it was long and complex.
Mo was the model for customer service support. I had 3 other people trying to solve my problem and I hate this chat. They would just disconnect, and another person would come to try to help. In the end I lost about 2 hours trying to solve and nobody solved. Today Mo took care of it quickly and effectively. The best!
